What metrics should a product manager put on a resume?
The ones you influenced, not the ones you watched. Activation, retention, conversion, time-to-value, support ticket volume. Revenue is fine if your work plausibly moved it, but claiming a company-wide revenue number for one feature launch reads as inflation, and interviewers do ask.
How do I write a PM resume without being the sole owner of anything?
Name your scope honestly and be specific about your part. 'Owned the checkout flow within a three-PM payments team' is more credible than an implied claim on the whole platform, and it survives a reference check.
Should I include the products I worked on by name?
Yes, if they're recognizable or the category is clear. A reviewer scanning quickly is trying to work out what kind of product sense you have. 'B2B billing platform' tells them more than 'internal tools' and costs you nothing.
