The ones you influenced, not the ones you watched. Activation, retention, conversion, time-to-value, support ticket volume. Revenue is fine if your work plausibly moved it, but claiming a company-wide revenue number for a feature launch reads as inflation and interviewers do ask.
How do I write a PM resume without being the sole owner of anything?
Name your scope honestly and be specific about your contribution. 'Owned the checkout flow within a three-PM payments team' is more credible than an implied claim on the whole platform, and it survives a reference check.
Should I include the products I worked on by name?
