What if I have multiple interviews?

What happens to my resume and the job description?
They're held securely for up to 24 hours so checkout can complete, used once to generate your dossier, then deleted. The finished dossier lives at a private, unindexed link for 30 days — print it or save it as a PDF if you want it longer.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
If your dossier hasn't appeared within a few minutes of payment, contact us with your purchase email and we'll regenerate it or refund you — nobody pays for nothing.
