Why three versions?
Most resume rewriters give you one “corrected” bullet. The Bullet Surgeon shows you a range so you can see what too little polish looks like (Honest), what the right level is (Polished), and what corporate-cosplay too much looks like (Shameless). The middle one is what you should actually use.
Will it invent metrics I didn't mention?
No. The AI is instructed to never fabricate exact numbers. If your bullet has no quantification, the Polished version will use approximate language (“approximately X%”) so you can fill in the real number yourself.
How is this different from the full Roast?
