Do I need PMP certification on my resume?
It tends to matter more in construction, government and large enterprise IT than in software startups. The quickest test is the postings you're targeting: if they keep asking for it, it's worth having. If none mention it, it won't rescue thin delivery evidence.
How do I show project management skills without the title?
Describe the coordination you actually did: scope you held, people you unblocked, decisions you drove. Plenty of people do the job under a different title, and the bullets prove it more reliably than the title would.
Should I list every methodology I've worked in?
Name the ones you've genuinely run, and don't list Agile as a skill on its own, because it reads as filler. What you delivered inside a methodology is what counts.
