Do I need PMP certification on my resume?
It matters a great deal in construction, government and enterprise IT, and very little in software and startups. If the job postings you're targeting keep asking for it, it's worth having. If none of them mention it, it won't rescue thin delivery evidence.
How do I show project management skills without the title?
Describe the coordination you actually did: scope you held, people you unblocked, decisions you drove. Plenty of people do the job under a different title, and the bullets prove it more reliably than the title would.
Should I list every methodology I've worked in?
Name the ones you've genuinely run, and don't list Agile as a skill on its own. Reviewers in this field see that constantly and it reads as filler. What you delivered inside a methodology is what counts.
